This Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Company: Deep Cleaning Nevada

Service Provider: Maria Jose Melendez/Deep Cleaning Nevada

and

Deep Cleaning Nevada agrees to provide professional commercial kitchen cleaning services, which may include:

• Full degreasing of all kitchen surfaces
• Cleaning behind and under equipment (if accessible)
• Hood exterior cleaning (interior duct/hood cleaning excluded unless specified)
• Wall, backsplash, and prep area cleaning
• Floor degreasing, including corners and edges
• Removal of heavy grease buildup and residue
• Sanitization of high-touch and food-prep surfaces

• Surface cleaning and sanitation
• Light degreasing of equipment exteriors
• Floor cleaning and mopping
• Trash removal and basic upkeep
• Maintaining inspection-ready conditions

Note: Services will be performed based on the agreed package, frequency, and quote.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due immediately upon completion unless on a contract plan
• Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 3 days
• Ongoing service clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Zelle, Invoice, or approved financing options

5. ACCESS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Provide access to the facility at scheduled time
• Ensure removal of food, loose items, and obstructions
• Allow safe access to equipment (moving heavy equipment not included unless agreed)
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

6. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

Deep Cleaning Nevada does not include:

• Disassembly of equipment
• Internal hood/duct cleaning (unless specifically contracted)
• Hazardous material removal
• Repairs or maintenance of equipment

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, or permanent staining.

7. SAFETY & LIABILITY

• All services are performed using professional-grade cleaning products
• Client agrees to disclose any hazards prior to service
• Deep Cleaning Nevada is insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of services provided

8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If the client is not satisfied:

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We will return to address valid concerns at no additional cost

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may result in a $100 cancellation fee
• Deposits are non-refundable for reserved service slots

10. TERM & TERMINATION (FOR RECURRING SERVICES)

• This agreement remains active until canceled by either party
• Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice

11. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Deep Cleaning Nevada operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
